What happens after I subscribe?
You and your team will be invited to a private Trello board. There, you can add design tasks and keep track of its progress. We will start designing right from day one, so no time is wasted.
Why not just hire a designer?
You can, but hiring takes time and comes with management overhead. With Joyful, you get flexible senior design support without a long hiring process, extra benefits, or ongoing team management.
Is it really unlimited?
Once subscribed, you're able to add as many design requests to your queue as you'd like, and they will be delivered one by one.
How fast will I receive my designs?
Most clients receive design updates three to four times per week, depending on complexity and feedback. More complex requests can take longer.
What if I don’t like the design?
Not a problem! We'll continue to revise your design until you're 100% happy.
What design work isn’t covered?
Joyful does not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFS, etc.), document design (medical forms, etc.), complex packaging, and extensive print design (magazines, books, etc.).
What if I only need a small request?
No worries. Small requests are welcome and can be added to your queue like any other task.
